Use of Explore Limpopo

You may use the public website to discover tourism businesses, destinations and events, submit enquiries and respond to invitations or RSVP opportunities. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a manner that disrupts the service, or submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

Exhibitor accounts

Exhibitors are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy, legality and currency of information submitted through their account. A compulsory logo and other required listing information may be necessary before publication. Accounts and content may be moderated, suspended or rejected where necessary to protect users and the credibility of the platform.

Listings, photographs and intellectual property

By uploading text, logos, photographs or other material, the contributor confirms that it has the right to use and publish that material. The contributor grants the platform permission to display and technically process the material for the operation and promotion of Explore Limpopo, including image optimisation and search presentation.

Events and RSVPs

Event organisers are responsible for event accuracy, capacity, pricing, venue arrangements, safety requirements and changes or cancellations. An RSVP through Explore Limpopo records an expression of attendance; it is not a guarantee of admission unless the relevant event expressly states otherwise.

Third-party services

Tourism businesses listed on Explore Limpopo remain independent providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not become a party to accommodation, tour, transport, event or other transactions between visitors and listed providers.

Availability and changes

The platform may be updated, suspended or changed to maintain security, accuracy and service quality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information available and current, but users should confirm time-sensitive information directly with the relevant provider.
